We are based in the heart of the Sussex countryside, but can deliver to anywhere in the UK. To ensure that your Biltong is as fresh as possible when it arrives, orders from Monday to Thursday receive next day delivery.

Original
A tried and tested flavour of days gone by. Our Original flavour Biltong is a homage to the centuries old spice mix used by countless generations of South Africans before us. You really can’t go wrong.

Hot & Spicy
Need we say more? The clue is in the name. This Biltong is as Hot as it is Spicy. The Hot & Spicy Biltong combines our original spice mix with an extra large helping of Chilli.

Peppered Steak
The hugely popular Peppered Steak Flavour Biltong is for anyone who loves our Original Flavour Biltong but wants to crank it up a notch. This flavour comes with an extra helping of our super punchy pepper seasoning.

Hoisin Chinese
Take a trip East with our Hoisin Chinese flavour Biltong. This Biltong is gently marinated in a delicious Hoisin Sauce before being hung to dry. A unique flavour, and one of our favourites.

Beira Piri Piri

Durban Curry
Durban is home to more Indians than any city outside of India. And this curry flavour is one of the most recognisable and well loved anywhere in South Africa. Durban curry gets its wonderful taste from the delicious mix of cayenne pepper and curry masala.

Fantastic! Peppered Steak is lovely. I buy the sliced version and freeze this in the plastic bag provided. I then just take some straight from the freezer and eat it. No need to defrost.
