BILTONG PRODUCTS STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

If you want to keep the biltong for up to 2 days then transfer it to a breathable paper bag and store it in a cool airy place. DO NOT keep the biltong in any sealed or plastic container or the plastic bag that it was posted in. Do not store biltong in the fridge, it makes the fat claggy and loses flavour.
